Abdullah Nasser El Hakim: Minister of Economic Development of Curacao. Minister El Hakim used to be a former businessman in Beirut. He was born in Lebanon and for personal reasons he left for Curacao. He went to Boarding School in Lebanon and the International School of Choueifat England and Switzerland. Minister EL Hakim then attended the University of North Carolina in Charlotte where he studied Optometry.
He is was also CEO for Hakim Enterprise, UNDP and is a Lebanon Goodwill Ambassador. He is the minister of Economic Development in Curacao and through his ministry he wants to give direction to sustainable economic development to realize a higher level of prosperity for the society of Curacao. He wants to develop a strong competitive position for Curacao and increase production to a high quality. The ministry expects to achieve optimal service by strengthening economic structure and competently respond to social and international developments
